You can find New Bambino Gents Beauty Parlour on Sodepur Station Road not far from Sriniketon. Since we are near the station there is always a lot of foot traffic outside. People are always rushing to catch a train but some stop in when they have a gap in their schedule. The shop has been here for a while now. We have those adjustable chairs that are a bit squeaky when you move them. The name was something we just stuck with over the years. We handle a lot of quick trims for men who are on their way to work or going home. It gets dusty inside because the road is so busy outside the door. We try to keep the glass clean so people can see in. Sometimes the tea boy from across the street comes by with small cups for us. We do not have any big posters or fancy lights. Just the basics are enough for what we do. Most of our customers are from the Sodepur area. They come in and get their hair cut and then they leave. There is not much hanging around because everyone is busy with their lives. We do our best to keep the line moving fast. It is a lot of work when it is humid but the fans help. We are just a shop people can rely on when passing through.
