Make A Face

Being located at 22/13 Jessore Road puts us in a very busy part of Kolkata. We are right near the Airport No 3 Gate and Sarat Colony. The sound of planes and the heavy traffic on Jessore Road is something we have just gotten used to. Make A Face is the name we have on the board. The shop has a big glass front, so we see all the buses and cars going by all day. It gets a little dusty because of the main road, so we are constantly cleaning the glass and the counters. Inside, it's a bit quieter than the street. We have set up the chairs so people can relax while we work. There are various bottles of lotions and hair colors on the shelves. Sometimes we run out of space and have to stack things on the floor in the corner. The tiles are a bit chipped near the entrance, but it doesn't bother anyone. We get a mix of people, some who are just traveling through and others who live in Sarat Colony. The morning sun hits the front of the shop directly, making the space very bright. We have some curtains we pull across when it gets too hot in the afternoon. It is just a regular job for us. We handle the brushes, the clips, and the dryers all day long. It's a steady pace. We don't have any corporate rules, just our own way of doing things.
