Maa Manasa Gents Parlour

Located in Jatin Das Nagar, Maa Manasa Gents Parlour is right in the heart of Belgharia. This part of the city is usually quite calm compared to the main roads. Our shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a small space on the ground floor. We have been here serving the local men for a lot of years now. It is a very basic setup with simple furniture and a few mirrors that we try to keep clean. The chairs are old and the leather is a bit worn, but they are still okay to sit in. We don't have fancy lights or any of that music you hear in the bigger salons. Mostly, we just listen to the sounds of the street or talk to the customers about their day. A lot of the older men come in for a shave and a head massage after they finish work. It helps them relax. During the summer, it gets pretty warm inside, though the ceiling fan does what it can. We use standard creams and sharp razors, nothing expensive. It’s just a humble business for the local people. We don't have a website or do any advertising. People just know we are here because we’ve been here so long. It is a friendly place where you can hear the local news while you wait for your turn.
