Sidhdhartha Nagar Hartmann College

Our school is located in Balaji Bihar Colony Phase 2, which is over in the Izatnagar area. It is a pretty busy part of Bareilly, but since we are tucked back into the colony, it stays a little bit quieter than the main roads. We have been running things here for a good bit of time, mostly just keeping the classrooms in order and making sure the students are actually picking up something useful. It is a school, so as you can imagine, it gets very loud during the lunch breaks and when the final bell rings in the afternoon. We have some teachers who have been working here for years and they know most of the families in the neighborhood by name. Sometimes when it rains hard, the roads outside get a bit messy, but everyone just figures out a way through it. We aren't trying to be the most expensive or the flashiest school you can find in the city. It is more about just showing up every single day and doing the hard work. The building itself is quite straightforward with nothing too crazy in terms of the way it was built. We just have our classrooms and some space for the kids to run around and play during their breaks. Parents often come in to talk about how their kids are doing in their classes, and we just sit down in the small office and have a real talk about it. It is a very local spot and everyone around here knows exactly where we are located in Izzat Nagar.
