Radiane College Of Higher Education

If you look for the Mauriya Dhaba in Khirka, you’ll find us right across the road. We’re in Bareilly, but a bit on the edge of things where it gets a little more open. Radiane College of Higher Education is where the older students come to study. It’s not a huge university campus with fountains and parks. It’s a practical building meant for classes and not much else. Most of the students come from the villages around Bareilly on their motorcycles or the local buses. It’s a quiet area, mostly fields and a few small shops near the dhaba. We spend our days dealing with exams, admissions, and the usual paperwork that comes with running a college. The building is simple, painted a plain color, and we have a small office where we sit. Sometimes we go over to the dhaba for a quick tea break when things get a bit slow in the afternoon. It’s an honest living for everyone involved. We don’t have big slogans or expensive posters on the walls. We just provide a place for young people to study and get their degrees so they can move on and find work. The rooms are basic, with chairs and whiteboards for the teachers. It gets dusty in the summer, and we spend a lot of time keeping the fans running. It’s just a local college doing what it can.
