Pratap Degree College

Pratap Degree College is situated on University Road in the Suresh Sharma Nagar area of Bareilly. It’s a busy part of town because of the university being so close. We get a lot of the spillover energy from that. Our building is a solid, functional place where students come to get their degrees. There isn’t anything overly fancy about it. We have the classrooms, the library area, and an office that usually has a few people waiting outside. The halls are often filled with the sound of students chatting between their lectures. Bareilly - 243006 is our home, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a good while. We see the same faces every day, from the tea sellers outside to the regulars walking down University Road. Our staff handles a lot of the administrative side of things, making sure everyone is registered and the classes are happening on time. It can be a bit of a grind during the admission season, with papers piled high on the desks. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It’s just a college where people come to study and move on to the next part of their lives. The fans hum in the background while the teachers talk, and that’s the soundtrack of our days. We are just a local college doing what we’ve always done, right here in Suresh Sharma Nagar.
