Mirzapur Kisan Agro Producer Company Limited is located in Nikarika Rampur 38. This is where we have set up our operations to work with the local farmers of the Mirzapur region. We are a producer company, which means we are owned by the people who actually do the farming. It’s a very grounded way to do business. Our office in Rampur 38 isn't anything to write home about. It is a functional space where we handle the accounts and talk about where the crops are going. We focus on kisan agro, which is the heart of what we do. Mirzapur is a place with a lot of history and a lot of hardworking people. We are just trying to add to that by organizing ourselves a bit better. Some days the office is crowded with people asking questions, and other days it is just us and the ledger books. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look polished. What you see is what you get. We deal with the daily struggles of farming like water issues and market prices. It is a tough job but someone has to do it. Being in Nikarika gives us a good connection to the community. We've been here for a bit and plan to stay. We don't have big speeches about the future. We just worry about the next season and making sure everyone gets a fair deal for their hard work. It's just us trying to keep things running properly.
