Gursauli Pro Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited

We live and work right here in Village Gursaulibaheri. It’s mostly just us farmers coming together under the name Gursauli Pro Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited. This isn't some big office in a city somewhere. It's actually just about the land we have here and trying to make things work a bit better for everyone involved. Sometimes the weather doesn't help us much, but we keep going anyway. We started this because doing things on your own is getting harder every year. Now we share what we know and try to figure out the right ways to handle our crops. There are plenty of challenges in Gursaulibaheri, especially when the seasons change and the markets fluctuate. We just talk things over under the trees or at someone's house. It's not a fancy operation. Most of the time we are just worried about the soil or if the seeds are good enough for the next planting. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just local people who know the dirt and the rain. If you come by the village, you'll see us working. We just wanted a way to be a bit more organized as a group. That’s really all there is to it. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make a living and keep our farms going for the next generation. It's hard work, but it’s what we know and we are okay with that.
