If you head out towards Hardua Kifayatullah in Bareilly, that’s where you will find our building. We have a very long name, L B S Group Of Education Institute Of Management College, but most people in the neighborhood just know us as the college out on the edge of town. It is a bit quieter out here than in the middle of Bareilly city, which is something we actually appreciate. We spend a huge portion of our time dealing with the usual administrative headaches that come with running a management institute. There are always schedules to fix, exams to coordinate, and fees to track. Our building is pretty standard, nothing that would win any fancy architecture award, but it provides enough space for the students to sit and learn. We have a small crew here that keeps the whole place running day in and day out. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures for us. We just talk to the people who show up at the front gate. Some days are definitely more chaotic than others, especially when the new admission season starts and the phones won't stop ringing. We try to keep things honest and simple for the students who come from the surrounding villages and the city. You might see us moving furniture around or just sitting outside during a quick lunch break. It is practical, sometimes messy work, but we just show up and do it.
