We are located in Naim Nagar, in the DGP 03 area. GLANZA CEMENTS & MINERALS LLP is our small outfit here in Durgapur. It’s a simple neighborhood and we fit right in. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it serves its purpose. We spend our time managing the minerals and cement that come through the gates. There is always a lot of movement, with people coming in to check on their orders or just to have a chat about the local trade. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. Most of us just do whatever needs doing at the time. If the floor needs sweeping, we sweep it. If a truck needs help backing in, someone goes out to guide them. It’s a very hands-on way to work. We like the Naim Nagar area because it feels like a real community. People know each other here. Our office is filled with the smell of old paper and the sound of the ceiling fan clicking. We don't use marketing tricks or try to sound like a giant multinational. We are just a local business trying to do things the right way. It’s dusty work and the hours can be long, but we have a good group of people here who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We usually close up when the sun goes down and start all over again the next morning.
