Our place is on Maxmuller Path in the City-Centre area of Durgapur. It’s a good location because we are close to everything we need. Durgapur is a real industrial town, and you can feel that energy everywhere you go. We are at 2A/4, and it’s a busy little office. We handle a lot of the regional coordination from here. There is always a lot of movement, people coming in with papers or drivers checking on their schedules. The office itself is nothing special to look at, just desks and chairs and the smell of old paper. We have a small kettle for making coffee, which gets used a lot in the mornings. Being in the City-Centre means it’s easy to grab lunch nearby, which is a plus. The street outside can get quite noisy with all the shops and people, but once you’re inside, it’s not so bad. We focus on the daily tasks of moving product and keeping the books straight. It’s a lot of work, and some days are longer than others, but we have a rhythm down. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to know what needs to be done. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The Burdwan district has its own way of doing things, and we fit right in with the local crowd. It is just steady work.
