Chaitalis Beauty Parlour

Chaitalis Beauty Parlour is situated on the ground floor of Matrimandir Apartment in Madhyamgram. We are right by Gate No 1, so if you are coming into the building complex, you will see us there. Kolkata is a big city, but this corner of Madhyamgram feels more like a community where everyone knows each other. The parlour is on the ground floor which makes it convenient for the ladies who live in the apartments or nearby houses to just pop in when they have a spare hour. We do the usual things like haircuts, facial cleaning, and other stuff people ask for. It is a simple room with a few chairs and the standard tools of the trade. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights, just a quiet place where work gets done. Most days are pretty steady, with a mix of young students and older women coming in. Sometimes we talk about the weather or what is happening in the market while we work. It is just a small setup that fits into the daily routine of the neighborhood. Being near Gate No 1 means there is always someone walking past, and we see a lot of the same people every day. It is a practical space, nothing too fancy, just a ground floor room in an apartment building where we have been for some time now.
