Uran Agritech Private Limited is located on the ground floor of a building in Tentulmuri. We are in the Onda area of Bankura, which is a place where you see plenty of greenery. It is a local business, through and through. We share the space with the sounds of the village and the occasional truck passing by. The post office at Majdiha is just down the way. Working in agritech sounds like it might be complicated, but for us, it is just about using better ways to handle the farming we do in West Bengal. Our office is simple, nothing fancy, just a place to keep the equipment and our notes. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or talking to people in the district. The ground floor spot makes it easy for folks to walk in and chat. We aren't big on formal meetings; usually, we just talk over whatever is happening that day. Life in Bankura moves at its own speed, and we are fine with that. We deal with the usual problems like patchy internet or the heat, but we get the work done. It is not a glamorous life, but it is what we know. We are just a group of people trying to do something useful with the land and the tools we have. It is just our daily routine here in the village.
