Abarton Agroline Private Limited is based in a small place called Ardhagram in Bankura. You can find us at Mitan Dutta’s residence. It’s a typical Bankura house, nothing special to look at from the outside, but it is where all our work gets done. The landscape around here is quite dry and the trees are thin, but we make the most of what we have. We focus on agroline work, which keeps us busy with the local farming cycles. We aren't a big city company with a lot of money to spend on advertising. We just use word of mouth and the relationships we have with the neighbors. Usually, the day starts early before the sun gets too hot. We sit on the porch and talk about what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes it’s about moving supplies, other times it is just planning for the next season. The paperwork gets done in the evenings when it is cooler. We have a few ledgers and a lot of patience. It’s a slow pace of life in Ardhagram, and we like it that way. We aren't in a rush to grow too fast. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that the people we work with are happy.
