We are right on Sampige Road in Malleshwaram, at No. 135. If you’ve ever walked down this road, you know how it feels—lots of trees, plenty of old shops, and that specific Malleshwaram energy. We’ve been here for a long time, watching the area change while we mostly stay the same. Working with watches is a quiet kind of job. It requires a bit of patience and a steady hand. The shop is a bit small, but it’s full of history and the sound of ticking. We get a lot of older folks who have been living in the area for decades, along with younger people who just happened to be walking down Sampige Road. It’s a busy street, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic and the shoppers outside. We spend most of our time at the counter or at the back working on pieces that need a bit of attention. It’s not a fancy place with bright lights and big posters. It’s more of a traditional setup where we value the work more than the appearance. Sometimes the humidity makes the wooden shelves swell a bit, but that’s just the character of an old building. We like it here. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood’s fabric. Every day is pretty much the same routine, opening the shutters and getting the watches ready for the day.
