Citizens Watches Pvt Ltd is located over at 954 Slv Industrial Area. We are on the Andhrahalli Main Road, pretty close to the Sushruthi Bank. This part of Peeniya 2nd Stage is always busy with trucks and workers. Inside our place, things are a lot quieter because you need a steady hand for this kind of work. We aren't a massive luxury brand office. It’s an industrial unit where we focus on the assembly and checking of watch components. There are benches with bright lamps and lots of tiny little parts that you can barely see without a magnifying glass. We have some people who have been here for years, just sitting and working on the movements and gears. It takes a lot of patience. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the heat outside, but we try to keep the dust out as much as possible. It’s not a very exciting place to look at from the outside. It’s just another building in the industrial estate. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy lobby. Most of what we do is just ensuring the watches actually tick the way they are supposed to. We deal with suppliers and logistics every day, which can be a bit of a headache with the traffic around Peeniya. We just focus on our daily targets and make sure the quality is decent before anything leaves the doors.
