Our shop is Jai Bhuvaneshwari Watches and you can find us in Kamala Nagar. We are right opposite the Central Bank of India in the Gokula Extension area. It is a fairly easy spot to find if you are walking along the main road there. We have glass cases filled with all sorts of watches, from the ones you wear every day to some slightly nicer ones. Most of the day is spent at the back counter where we fix things. We do a lot of battery replacements and fixing broken straps for the people who live around here. It is a small place, so it can get a bit crowded if a few customers come in at the same time. We have been in this part of Kamala Nagar for a good while now. There are clocks on the walls that we have to wind up or check regularly. The light in the shop is quite bright so we can see the small parts we are working with. We don't have a big staff, just us behind the counter. It feels like a traditional local shop where everyone knows each other. Sometimes we just sit and talk to the neighbors when it is slow. We keep a notebook to track all the repairs that come in. It is just a normal, everyday business doing its thing. We enjoy the work and the people who visit us. It is a steady way to spend the day in the extension.
