Shringar Marbles & Granites

We have been at No.161/1, 1St Mn Rd for a long time now. Shringar Marbles & Granites is just our small place in Seshadripuram where we keep all the stone. It gets pretty busy on this road with the traffic, but we manage. People come by looking for something specific for their kitchen or floors. Most days it’s just us moving heavy slabs around and making sure things are where they should be. There is always something needing to be moved or cleaned up. Seshadripuram is a familiar area, and being on 1st Main Road makes it easy for folks to find the shop. We started Shringar Marbles & Granites because we knew about stone and wanted to work for ourselves. The yard isn't fancy. It's just full of marble and granite pieces we've brought in. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work outside, but that is part of the job. We don't have a big office or anything like that. Just a desk and the stone. When someone walks in, they usually have measurements ready. We show them what we have in stock at the moment. It’s hard work, lifting and loading, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We stay open until the sun goes down usually. If you are near No.161/1, you will see the slabs leaning against the wall. That is us. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss or noise.
