Pearl Granite

We deal with granite here at Pearl Granite. Our place is in New Town, Yelahanka, specifically at Pavani Residency. It’s room 304 in the Sunflower Buldg. It’s a decent sized building and fairly easy to spot if you’re driving through New Town. Granite is heavy work, and we spend most of our days looking at slabs and talking to people about their kitchens or flooring. It's a dusty job sometimes. We’ve been in Yelahanka for a bit now. The area is growing fast. We keep our office stuff at the residency address. It’s where we do the paperwork and meet people to discuss their requirements. It's not a big showroom, more of a practical office space. We mostly just talk about what's available and what would look good in a house. Most customers are local folks from around the residency or other parts of Yelahanka. It’s nice being in the Sunflower Buldg because it’s a landmark people recognize. Sometimes the lift is slow, but the office is usually open. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just helping people get the stone they need. We have samples lying around and plenty of catalogs to look through. It’s a straightforward business. We like the neighborhood. It stays busy but isn't too crazy like the city center. If you are near Pavani Residency, you can just stop in and see what we have. It is a simple setup for a granite business.
