Laxmi Gour Marble & Granite is located right in the middle of Koramangala 3rd Block. Being on 3rd Cross means we see a lot of people passing by every day. It is a busy area, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes when the big trucks arrive with new stock. We have been working out of this space at number 622 for quite some time. The office is small but we keep all the samples there so people can see the different patterns in the marble and granite. It is a bit cramped when we get a lot of slabs in at once. We usually spend the afternoons organizing the pieces by color or size. Some of the marble is quite heavy and you have to be careful how you lean it. We get people from all over the neighborhood stopping in just to ask about prices or to see what arrived lately. It gets dusty, especially when we are moving things around, but that is part of the trade. We don't really do much advertising. Most of the people who come here heard about us from someone else nearby. Usually, one of us is sitting near the front just waiting for the next delivery or helping a customer measure out a piece of stone. The days go by fast when there is a lot of loading to do. It is just a regular local shop doing its thing without any fuss.
