Saral Impex

Saral Impex is based on the ground floor at B-70A in Kalkaji. It’s a bit different being in a neighborhood like this compared to a big industrial lot. We handle a lot of the paperwork and logistics from this office. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for what we need to do. Most of the time, the phones are ringing or we are sitting at the computers tracking where things are. It’s a lot of back and forth with different people to make sure the imports and exports are moving like they should. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. It’s just desks, some samples of what we handle, and a lot of files. Kalkaji is a busy place, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We’ve been in this ground floor spot for a while now and the locals know the name. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just focus on getting the jobs finished. Some days it’s quiet and we just catch up on emails, other days it’s a bit of a scramble to get things sorted before the end of the day. We don’t do much advertising or anything. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a practical way to run things. We just come in, do the work, and try to make sure the logistics don't get too messy.
