Meera Marbles

Meera Marbles is tucked away at No.38 on the 4th Cross in Pukraj Layout, just off Bannerghatta Road. It is a bit of a quiet area compared to the main road but that suits us fine. We mostly handle marble pieces and slabs for local housing projects. Most days involve moving stock around or checking the quality of a new shipment that just arrived. It’s heavy work, and our hands are usually a bit rough from touching the stone all day. People from around the neighborhood wander in looking for something specific for a bathroom or a kitchen floor. We don’t have a big flashy showroom, just the space where the stone sits. We’ve been at this for a bit, so we know which stones hold up and which ones are a pain to maintain. Sometimes the layout gets a bit crowded when too many slabs come in at once, so we have to move things around to make a path. It’s just me and a few others here most of the time. We aren’t really into big speeches or fancy ads. If you need marble, you come by and see what’s on the racks. We’ll tell you if it’s good for what you want or if you should look at something else. It’s just honest work in a small corner of the city. We keep the doors open and just take it one slab at a time.
