Maithan Ceramic Limited has its office on the 3rd floor of Manglam Chambers. If you go to T4, you’ll find us. K.H. Road is a busy area, and the building is usually full of people coming and going. The office itself is full of ceramic samples. We have tiles and pieces of clay products everywhere. It makes the place a bit dusty, but that’s just how it is when you work with these materials. We spend our days talking to vendors and checking on production schedules. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so sometimes we just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s a lot of practical work, looking at technical specs and making sure the quality of the ceramics isn't dropping. We don’t really have any fancy decorations in the office. It’s mostly desks, computers, and those heavy sample boards. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing, especially in the mornings when the factories are starting up. It’s a steady kind of job. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and we know the neighbors well. Everyone around here is just trying to run their business. We don’t talk much about goals or visions, we just make sure the orders are filled and the trucks are loaded correctly. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially when new stock arrives and we have nowhere to put it, but we manage. We aren't big on corporate talk, we just focus on the ceramics.
