Bannerghatta Main Road is always something else. If you spend enough time at No.17/4, between the Micor Factory and Diary Circle, you get used to the constant sound of traffic and the buses rolling by towards Adugodi. We have been sitting here for a good while now, just doing what we do with the granite. The morning starts early before the heat really kicks in, and usually, someone is already out front sweeping the dust off the pavement. It gets dusty quick being so close to the main road. The neighbors over at the factory are busy, and there is a lot of movement around the circle throughout the day. People sometimes stop by just because they saw the sign while stuck in traffic. It is a simple place, really. We don't have fancy office chairs or anything like that. Just a desk, some old files, and the slabs of stone out back. Sometimes the rain makes the granite look completely different when it gets wet, and that is a nice change of pace. We just focus on getting through the orders and making sure the trucks can actually get in and out of the yard without causing a jam on the street. It’s mostly just us working, talking to the drivers, and making sure everything stays organized in the yard. The tea shop nearby is where we usually end up around eleven. Most days are the same, just keeping track of what comes in and goes out. We are not hard to find if you know the landmark near the circle and the factory next door.
