Kohinoor Granite & Marble Ho

The yard is located at No.21/1, right near the Dairy Circle on Bannerghatta Road. If you have ever driven past, you probably noticed the stacks of marble and granite standing near the edge of the road. It gets really loud around here because of the traffic, but we are used to the noise by now. We spend most of the day moving heavy pieces around with the crane or just checking the finish on a new batch that came in. It’s a lot of physical labor, and the guys are usually covered in some kind of stone dust by the afternoon. We have been in this spot for a long time, so we know the local rhythms of the street. Sometimes it is hard to find parking near the gate, but we manage to squeeze the trucks in when needed. We don't have any polished sales pitch for anyone. If you walk in, you just see the slabs as they are, sitting out in the open air. The rain sometimes makes the yard a bit muddy, but it also cleans the dust off the stone, which is a nice change. We keep things simple here. There is a small desk where we handle the billing, but most of the action happens outside among the stacks. It is just a local business trying to keep up with the daily grind on Bannerghatta Road without making things more complicated than they need to be.
