Karni Granite

Our business, Karni Granite, is situated on Kanakapura Road, right near the Khodays Glass Factory. This part of the road is always humming with trucks and cars. We deal in all sorts of granite slabs, mostly for flooring and kitchen tops. It’s a very physical business. We spend the day moving these heavy stones around so customers can see the different colors and patterns. Granite is heavy stuff, so there is a lot of loading and unloading. We’ve been at this location for a while and have seen the road widen and the buildings go up all around us. We don't have a polished sales team. It’s usually just us in our work clothes, showing people the stock we have in the yard. The area gets a bit messy with all the stone cutting, but we try to keep it decent. People usually find us because they are driving towards the outskirts or they live in the new apartments nearby. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just show you the granite, tell you the price, and help you get it to your site. It’s a simple way of doing things. The sun can get pretty hot out in the yard, but that’s where the best slabs are. We just keep working through the day and make sure the customers get what they saw.
