We’ve been operating Indiana International Corporation Flooring Pvt. Ltd. from No. 4/1 Spencer Road in Frazer Town for quite some time now. This area has a lot of character, and we like being part of the local business community here. Our focus is mainly on stone flooring and providing slabs that people can use for their renovation projects. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of heavy lifting involved and you're always dealing with the weight of the material. We keep our warehouse as organized as possible, but with stone, there’s always going to be a bit of dust and grit around. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. When you come in, you’re likely to talk to the same people who are managing the stock and helping with the loading. We think it’s better that way because we actually know what’s sitting in our yard. People come to us when they want something solid for their floors that isn’t going to wear out in a few years. We show them what we have, talk about the prices, and figure out the logistics. It’s a straightforward process without any hidden nonsense. Sometimes the traffic on Spencer Road makes things a bit slow for the delivery trucks, but we manage to get things moved eventually. It’s just how we run things here, focusing on the stone and making sure the customers get what they need.
