Bvl Granites

Our place is at No. 176 on the ground floor in Rahath Bagh. It’s just off the Old Madras Road in C V Raman Nagar. It’s a decent-sized space but we’ve got it packed with granite. We’ve been operating from this ground floor unit for a while now. It’s not a huge industrial plot, so we have to be very careful about how we stack things to make sure there’s still room to walk around. Most of the work involves showing samples to people who live in the neighborhood or nearby apartments. We handle the local deliveries ourselves usually. It’s a bit quieter here than being right on the main highway, which we like. The staff is just a couple of guys who know how to handle the stone without breaking anything. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of us who is actually standing in the warehouse. We spend a lot of time moving slabs around so people can see the full pattern. Granite is heavy and awkward, so it’s a workout every day. We don't have fancy brochures; we just let people see the real thing. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We open up, talk to customers, move some stone, and go home. It’s been working for us so far, and we like being part of this local area. It keeps us busy and we get to meet different people.
