G. J. Granites

G. J. Granites is based at No. 75/2 on the Jigani-Begur Road, right in Hulahalli. If you’ve been around this way, you know it’s a hub for stone and granite businesses. We’ve been set up here for a while now. The space we have is mostly for storage and handling the large slabs. It isn't a place for suits and ties; it's a place for work boots and heavy machinery. We spend a lot of time outside in the yard, checking on the inventory or helping with a load. The road outside can be a bit rough, and the traffic isn't always great, but it’s where we are. We don't use big words to talk about ourselves or our work. We are just people who know about granite and how to move it. There’s no big marketing strategy here. We just stay open and do our jobs. Sometimes it’s a bit disorganized when we have a lot of stock coming in at once, but we always figure it out. We prefer it this way, without all the corporate layers. It feels more honest. Hulahalli has a certain pace to it, and we fit right in. We’ve seen the seasons change from this spot many times. We just keep our heads down and focus on the stone. It’s what we know best, and we don't feel the need to make it sound more complicated than it really is. It’s just daily life for us and we like it.
