We are situated on the first floor of a building in Jayanagar, specifically on Kanakapura Road in the 7th Block West area. Ashoka Polyester Granite is where we handle a lot of stone and granite work. The location is on a very busy stretch of road, so there is constant traffic noise from the buses and cars outside. We have samples of different granites and polished stones spread out for people to look at. It’s not a fancy designer studio; it’s more of a practical space where we discuss measurements and types of stone. Dealing with granite is heavy and messy work, even if the office is on the first floor. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and transport guys. The Kanakapura Road area has changed a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just a few of us who know about stone and how it should be cut. Sometimes the showroom gets a bit dusty from the stone samples, but we try to keep it tidy. People from all over Jayanagar come in looking for something for their kitchens or floors. We just give them the facts about the stone and let them decide. It’s a straightforward business with no hidden agendas. We like being in this part of town despite the traffic and the noise.
