About Manglam Dining Hall – Tourism in Banaskantha
We are right here on Aabu Road Highway in Ambaji. Most people see us when they are going to the temple or coming back. Manglam Dining Hall has been around for a while now. It gets busy during the festival times because we are opposite the Ambaji Temple. The place isn't fancy or anything like that. We have tables and chairs and we serve food to whoever walks in. Sometimes the highway gets really dusty, so we try to keep the inside as clean as possible for the guests. My staff works in shifts since people stop by at all hours. We do local food mostly. It’s what we know how to make. Being in Banaskantha, we see a lot of travelers from all over. Some are tired from driving and just want a seat and some water. We have enough space for families. It gets loud when kids are around but that’s just how it is. We don’t have a big menu with hundred things on it. Just what people usually eat for lunch or dinner. The kitchen is always going. Sometimes we run out of something and have to cook it fresh while the customer waits a bit. It is just a regular dining hall where you get a plate of food and go on your way. We hope the fans are working well when it’s hot outside. That’s about it for us at this spot.
