Greenwoods Restaurant

Greenwoods Restaurant sits right along the Palanpur Deesa Highway in Chadotar. If you are driving on National Highway No 14, you will see us near the Gangasagar Swimming Pool. It is a good spot for people who are tired of being in the car and just need a break from the road. The highway gets very hot during the day, so being near the pool area is nice. We are in the 385001 area, which is mostly quiet except for the trucks and cars passing by. We opened up here because there wasn’t much else around for travelers at the time. It is a straightforward place. We don’t have fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on having enough chairs and making sure the water is cold. Being in Chadotar means we see a lot of people from Palanpur and Deesa just moving back and forth. Some days are slower than others, especially when the weather is bad, but usually, there is a steady stream of folks. We do the work ourselves and try to keep things honest. It’s a highway life, really. You meet someone for twenty minutes and then they are gone again. We just hope they leave feeling a little better than when they pulled in. That’s about all we aim for here. It’s just us and the road, keeping things going as best we can.
