People usually find us because they are stopping over at Hotel Ambaji International while they're on the way to the temple. We’re right there on the Himmatnagar Highway. It gets pretty busy around here, especially with the bus stop being so close. You see a lot of travelers and pilgrims coming through all the time. Sometimes the highway noise is a bit much, but that’s just how it is in Ambaji. We spend most of our morning getting things ready before the lunch rush starts. It’s a lot of work in the kitchen, chopping vegetables and making sure everything is in place for the day. Most of the staff has been here for a while now. We know the regular drivers who stop by for a quick meal before heading back out. The temple is just a short walk away, so we get that holy atmosphere too. Weather gets quite hot in Banaskantha, so the fans are always running at full speed. We don't really do anything fancy here. It’s just us serving food to folks who are tired from their journey. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just manage. My cousin helps out with the accounts when things get hectic in the evening. We just try to keep the place tidy and the food ready. There isn't much to say other than we’ve been at this spot for some time now. If you’re near the bus stop, you can’t really miss the hotel building.
