Diamond Restaurant

Our restaurant is on the Palanpur Ahmedabad Highway Road, right in the Shakti Complex. If you are driving a truck or a car on this route, you will see us near Tata Cargo Motors. We have been here at the 385001 address for quite a while now. Being on the highway means we get all sorts of people. Some are in a big hurry to get to Ahmedabad, while others are just starting their journey from Palanpur. We serve simple meals that fill you up so you can get back on the road. The kitchen is usually noisy with the sound of pans and the exhaust fan. We don't do fancy plating or have a complicated menu. We just cook what people want to eat when they are tired of driving. The parking lot is often full of dust from the road, but that is just how it is out here. Our staff is used to the heat and the constant sound of engines passing by. We open early and close late because the highway never really sleeps. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just make sure the water is cold and the food is hot.
