We are set up at Bhola Prasad’s house, House Number 1 in Nagara, Khanadwa. It’s a local setup for our farmer producer company. Being in Khandwa means we are right in the middle of everything we need. We don't really have a separate office building, so we just work from here. It works out fine because everyone knows where Bhola Prasad lives anyway. The 221718 area is home for us. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of farming. It isn't just about planting seeds; there is a lot of talking to vendors and trying to get the right equipment. Sometimes the neighbors come by to see what we're up to. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s busy season, there are bags and papers everywhere. That’s life in a rural business, I guess. We are just regular people who know a lot about farming and wanted to do something to help the local group. We don't use any big words or have fancy brochures. If you need us, you just come to the house in Nagara. We're usually around, unless we are out at the market or checking the fields. It is a practical way of running things and it has been working for us so far. No need for anything more complicated than that. We just take it as it comes and handle the work as a group.
