It is a humble setup because we are just a group of local farmers who wanted to work together. We use the room at Ram Sukh’s house to keep our records and have our meetings when we aren't busy in the fields. Tindauli is a small village, and we like it that way because everyone knows what is going on. We started this so we could share our resources and maybe get a better deal when it comes time to sell what we grow. It is not a very polished operation, and you will usually find us with dirt on our clothes if you stop by during the day. We spend a lot of time talking about the weather and the price of seeds, which is what matters most to us. Sometimes the meetings go on for a long time because everyone has their own opinion on how things should be done. But in the end, we usually find a way to agree. Chorma is a good place to be, and we are proud of the work we do here. We are just regular people trying to look out for each other and keep the farms in Tindauli healthy for the next generation.
