Our office is set up at Bhauram Garg Ka Purwa on Naraini Road, inside the Vidyadham Samiti building. It’s a modest setup where we handle the business for our farmer group. Being on Naraini Road means we see a lot of the local traffic and farmers passing through. We started this because we needed a way to organize our efforts better. It’s mostly just us sitting around a table, trying to figure out the best way to handle the upcoming season. We don't have a lot of high-tech equipment. Usually, it's just a few notebooks, a couple of phones, and a lot of talking. The building itself is old and has its quirks, but it serves us well enough. We deal with the practical side of farming—seeds, fertilizers, and getting the crops to the right people. It can be frustrating when the prices drop or the rain doesn't come, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t pretend to have all the answers. We’re just a bunch of local people trying to keep our livelihoods going. Sometimes we get behind on the paperwork or forget to call someone back, but we always catch up eventually. It’s a community effort more than anything else. We’ve been here a long time and we plan to stay here, just doing the work that needs doing.
