We run Rajdeep Farmer Producer Company Limited out of House No 36 in Karammar, Ballia. It is the place belonging to Mr. Tej Bahadur Prasad. Things get busy around here, especially when the seasons change and everyone is looking for help with their crops. Most of us grew up in this part of Uttar Pradesh so we know the ground pretty well. We aren't doing anything fancy or complicated. It is mostly just sitting down at the house and figuring out how to get things moving for the local farmers around 277304. Sometimes the office feels more like a living room than a business spot because people come in and out all day. They drop by whenever they need something or just want to talk about the weather and how the harvest is looking this year. We started this because we saw a need in Ballia. It is just a group of us trying to make sense of the market prices and the supply chains. Working in agriculture is never really a straight line, is it? There is always some new problem with the seeds or the rain timing. We just handle it as it comes without making much of a fuss. No big speeches or anything like that here. Just daily work. If you find yourself in our part of town, you will see the house eventually. We try to keep things simple and honest. That is how it usually goes in this village. We are just here doing our bit.
