We are located at number 69 on Belgaum Road in Lokapur. This place is all about the cement business. Since it’s a heavy industry spot, there’s always a layer of dust on everything, and the trucks are constantly moving in and out of the gates. It’s a hardworking environment. We don’t have any air-conditioned offices with glass walls here. It’s mostly open spaces, sheds for the bags, and a small area where the staff keeps the records. Working on Belgaum Road means we see a lot of transit traffic. The sun can be pretty brutal out here in Lokapur, so we’re usually under the shade of the loading docks when we can be. Our team is made up of guys who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We deal with the heavy lifting and the loading every single day. There’s no fancy talk here; we just check the orders, count the bags, and get them moving. We’ve been at this location for a good amount of time and know the routine inside out. Sometimes the machinery acts up or a truck gets delayed, but that’s just part of the job. We keep things simple and try to stay organized, even when the yard is full of vehicles. The Belgaum Road is always busy with long-haul drivers, so we see a lot of different faces passing through. We’ve got a small stack of old newspapers in the corner of the office. The work is tough, and by the end, we’re all pretty tired. It’s a basic life but it’s ours.
