This is the J K Cement place out here in Taluk Mudhol. If you are looking for the exact spot, it is 254/784. We’ve been set up in this part of Mudhol for some time. It is a bit of a trek depending on where you are coming from, but the site is quite large. Most of the work happens right here on the ground. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or a big reception area. It’s mostly just us doing what needs to get done with the cement. The area around here is pretty quiet compared to the bigger cities. We spend a lot of our time managing the inventory and keeping track of what’s coming in and what’s going out. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit dusty, but that is just part of being in this line of work. We know most of the drivers and folks who come by the Taluk regularly. It is a practical setup. We don't spend much on decorating the office. Most of the day is spent outside or in the main work area. If you find yourself in Mudhol, you’ll probably see the trucks heading our way. It’s a basic operation and we prefer it that way. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the gate is open when it needs to be. It can be a long day, but it’s what we do.
