Varroc

Our main site is located at L-4 in the MIDC Industrial Area over in Waluj. If you are familiar with the area, you know it is a huge hub for all kinds of manufacturing and factories. We are one of those places that has been around since this industrial zone really started to take off years ago. We make a lot of different parts for two-wheelers and passenger cars. It is a large site, so there is always some kind of movement going on. We see trucks coming in with raw materials and others heading out with finished goods all day long. The floor is where the real work happens, with the heat from the machines and the constant sound of metal being shaped. We have a lot of workers who come in from the nearby villages and towns. It has become a community in its own way over time. We eat in the canteen together and deal with the daily production targets as they come. It is not always an easy job, especially when a machine breaks down or the materials we need are late arriving. But we always manage to figure it out. We have grown quite a bit over the years, but the place still feels like a local operation at its heart. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on making sure the parts we produce are solid and reliable for the people using them daily.
