Varroc Group

We are located out at L-4 in the MIDC Industrial Area in Waluj. It's a big area with a lot of other factories and units around us, so it can get pretty dusty and loud during the day. Varroc Group has been operating from this spot for a while, and it suits what we do. We mostly deal with manufacturing and the technical side of things, so being in an industrial zone makes a lot of sense for our logistics. The building itself is functional. It’s not meant to look pretty, it’s meant to hold the machines and the people who run them. We have a decent-sized crew here, and everyone pretty much knows their role. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the weather gets hot, which it often does in Waluj. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is usually on the production line and making sure nothing breaks down. When things do break, we fix them and move on. It’s a busy environment with trucks coming and going all the time. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered during a big shift. It’s just how industrial work goes. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and we’re used to the rhythm of the industrial area. It’s a simple life of making things and getting them shipped out to wherever they need to go in the country.
