We’re located at House No-143 in Mohalla Naka, right on Jalna Road. If you find the Oyester School, you’re basically there. It’s more of a converted house than a proper office building, which gives it a bit of a homey feel. We use the front rooms for the business and the back for storage. It’s been our base for a long time. The street outside is usually busy with parents dropping kids off at the school, so it’s quite lively in the mornings. We have a couple of desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. We don't really go for the modern look. There’s usually a stack of newspapers in the corner and a tea kettle that’s always on. Most of our day is spent talking to people who come by or answering the phone. We don’t have any big corporate rules. If someone needs to take off early for a family thing, we just figure it out. It’s a small operation. The windows are usually open to let the breeze in, though it brings in some dust from Jalna Road too. We’ve gotten to know all the shopkeepers nearby. It feels like a small village even though we’re in a bigger area. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. Sometimes the cat from next door wanders in and sleeps on the copier until we shoo it away.
