Our place is at Plot No A - 1/1 in the Midc Shendra area of Aurangabad. It’s a huge Five Star Industrial Area, and we have a lot of space out here. Even though the name sounds very big, for those of us working here every day, it’s just our regular job. We spend our time on the factory floor or in the assembly sheds. It’s a massive operation with a lot of moving parts. There is always the sound of machinery and the smell of new metal and paint. We have a lot of people coming in for shifts at all hours. It can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. The area is quite far from the main city, so the commute is a big part of our day. We don't have much time for fancy talk or corporate meetings. We just focus on our specific tasks on the line. Some days are better than others, especially when the machines are all running without any hitches. We try to look out for each other because it’s a tough environment to work in sometimes. We aren't the ones in the expensive suits in the city offices. We are the ones who actually see the cars being put together piece by piece. It’s hard work, but there is something good about seeing a finished car roll off the line.
