We are located way out on Paithan Road, specifically at the 15 km stone. If you keep driving past the main city, you eventually hit Gut No 100 in Farola, and that’s where we are. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here every day, but the air is a little clearer than in the middle of town. The facility is spread out, and we have a lot of room for the transmission work we do. It’s mostly just big sheds and a lot of cables. You can see the hills in the distance on a clear day, which is nice when you're taking a break outside. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby. If someone shows up, they usually just walk in and find whoever is closest to the door. We keep the place running in shifts, so there's almost always someone around, even late at night. The lighting inside is that standard industrial yellow, and the floors are marked with tape to show where everything goes, though people don't always follow the lines. We handle a lot of technical stuff, but we talk about it in plain terms. No need for big words when you're just trying to get the wires to go where they belong. It’s a steady pace of work. We’ve been here long enough that the local bus drivers know where to drop people off for us.
