Shanti Juniors Pre School

Shanti Juniors Pre School is tucked away at A17 Sb Colony West in the Garkheda area of Aurangabad. It is a quiet little spot, which is good because the kids can be quite loud themselves. We focus on the very little ones here. Most of our day is spent dealing with spilled juice, lost shoes, and teaching kids how to share their toys. The rooms are filled with bright posters and lots of plastic blocks. It’s not a corporate office; it’s more like a second home for these children while their parents are at work. We have a small staff of ladies who live nearby. We don’t have fancy marketing people writing things for us. We just tell the parents what happened during the day when they come to the gate at noon. Sometimes the kids don’t want to nap, and other times they don't want to go home. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels safe and familiar. We have a few swings and a slide out back that have seen better days, but the kids don't seem to mind. There is always a pile of drawing paper and broken crayons on the tables. It gets a bit chaotic during the rainy season when we have to keep everyone inside. But honestly, it’s just a normal preschool doing what it can in a small corner of Aurangabad. We like it that way and the parents seem happy enough with how we handle things.
