Shemrock Navkar Pre School

You can find Shemrock Navkar Pre School at Gat No 158 in the Mitmita area, near Padegaon in Aurangabad. It’s a bit on the outskirts, so it’s not as loud as the city center, but things still get busy enough. We’ve set up this preschool to serve the local families who live around this part of Maharashtra. Because the building is simple, we’ve tried to make it as comfortable as possible for the little kids. Colorful mats on the floor and low tables are used for their daily activities. Most of the day involves helping them learn to share, play together, and start recognizing letters and numbers. It’s a lot of work and can be quite tiring, but it’s what we do here. A small kitchen area allows us to warm up lunches if the kids need it. Since the staff is mostly from surrounding neighborhoods, everyone knows each other fairly well. No big glossy brochures or fancy advertisements are used. Usually, people find out about us through word of mouth from other parents in the area. Our focus is on keeping the kids busy and making sure they’re learning the basics before heading off to a bigger school. It’s a straightforward, local operation. After opening the gates early, we handle the morning rush and keep things moving until the afternoon when the parents return.
