Five R Electronics

Five R Electronics is situated at F - 7 / 1, right behind M.R.L. on Naregaon Road in the MIDC area. Being in the MIDC means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and workshops. The road outside can get a bit rough, especially when the big trucks go by. We are tucked away a bit behind the M.R.L. building, so it is a little quieter than being right on the main drag. In the morning, we get the lights on and start looking at the electronic components. It is a lot of small parts and sometimes your eyes get tired from looking at them all day. The workspace is filled with benches and soldering irons and piles of boards. We try to keep it clean, but things have a way of piling up when we get a lot of orders in. It is a very hands-on job. We spend most of our time concentrating on the technical side of things. There is always a radio playing in the background to keep things from being too silent. We have a small area where we keep our coats and bags. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we have a good rhythm. We do not really do much marketing or anything; we just focus on the boards and the components in front of us. It is how we spend our weeks, just focusing on the job at hand.
