Working out here in Waluj at L18/25, L18/28, and L19 has its own kind of pace. The MIDC area is huge and it is easy to get a bit lost if you aren't familiar with the lane numbers. At Can Pack India Pvt. Ltd., we have a fair amount of space across these three plots, which is good because things can get pretty cramped when we are busy. The air in Waluj always has that metallic smell to it, which you just stop noticing after the first week of working here. Our building is mostly functional and built for the job, so don't expect any fancy glass walls or posh furniture. It's more about the conveyor belts and the sound of the floor moving. We have people coming in for different shifts, so the place never really feels empty or quiet. Sometimes the logistics of moving stuff between L18 and L19 gets a bit annoying, especially when the weather is bad and the ground gets slippery, but we make it work. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other's habits by now. We grab chai from the same guy at the corner and talk about the local cricket matches or whatever else is going on. It’s not a corporate office where everyone wears suits; we are usually in our work gear and ready to handle whatever the machines throw at us today.
