Partha Sarathi Chanda

My place is right on City Center Road in Durgapur and I have been working out of this location for a good number of years. It is a busy part of town so there is always something going on outside the window. I spend most of my day right here handling whatever comes through the door. People usually find the spot easily because it is such a well-known road in the area. It is not one of those big offices with a lot of staff and shiny floors. It is just a workspace where I get things done. I have a desk and some chairs and plenty of papers piled up that I know exactly where everything is even if it looks a bit messy to someone else. Some days are much slower than others and I might just sit and watch the traffic for a bit between visitors. Other times it feels like everyone decided to come by at the exact same hour. I try to keep a steady pace and talk to people properly instead of just rushing them out. Living and working in Durgapur means I see a lot of the same faces over time. I do not see the need for a lot of talk about missions or anything like that. I just open the doors in the morning and do my job until it is time to head home. It is a simple setup but it works for what I do.
